I have done this and it is still not working. I am making payments directly in EFTPS in the meantime but it is Is Anyone Else Finding That Intuit Quickbook’s Exp .. super annoying. Quickbooks Online will randomly tell me that it can’t find anyone with my email address. Sometimes clearing the cache in Chrome or a new Google folder in the profile of the machine will fix it, sometimes it doesn’t.

Can’t find my account because they only have access to Quickbooks payroll. The tax agency and rate will depend on the customer’s address. You can check the location set up on the customer profile. Then, enter the correct address to allow QuickBooks to calculate taxes correctly.

It was because the password has to be exactly 12 characters long on the EFTPS website and quickbooks. I’ll be begging the IRS for mercy once again. However, I think I really need to get on a new payroll provider for my clients. Change the password at the saved password screen. First, I solved the issue myself back in 2019, so very happy I didn’t have to wait until Jan 2022 for an answer from Intuit.
